Intro to Standup
Our introductory standup class is an overview session exposing students to standup basics. Participants learn how to craft their jokes and perform standup comedy in a six-week course. Students will craft their own material and at the end of the session, will feel confident to perform their set for the public at a performance showcase. Working comedians will also guest lecture to give students authentic tips and tricks to hone their material.
Requirements: No Experience Required

Duration: 6-Week Class. Classes will be held on Sunday evenings from 7 PM–9 PM at Teehee’s Comedy Club. Classes will begin January 21 and run through February 25, with a class show date on March 3.
